INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup whole-wheat couscous
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 3 ounces shrimp
- 2 cups broccoli slaw
I believe this recipe is a single serving, so I doubled it.
