Nacho Stuffed Shells
INGREDIENTS
32-36 Jumbo Pasta Shells
3/4 lb. Ground Beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can refried beans with chiles
1 cup shredded low fat cheese
3/4 cup picante sauce
1 - 8 oz. tomato sauce
2.25 oz. can sliced black olives, drained
1/2 cup sliced onions

DIRECTIONS
- 1Heat oven to 350°F. Prepare pasta per package. Brown beef. Add taco seasoning and 1 cup of water; simmer. Stir in beans and cheese until smooth.
- 2Fill each shell with 2 tablespoons of beef mixture. In pan, combine picante sauce and tomato sauce. Heat through.
- 3Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Spread 1/2 of sauce in bottom of pan. Place shells on sauce; pour remaining sauce on top. Sprinkle with olives. Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes. Remove from heat and sprinkle with onions. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve with salsa.
